YB111 Tray Unloader is mainly used for unloading filter rods in cardboard packaging. It consists of a full box conveying device, a full box picking and turning device, a lower material conveying device, a cache magazine device, an empty box picking device, an empty box conveying device, a filter rod lifting interface and an electric control system. It can also be used for unloading filter rods in plastic trays to meet the filter rod supply requirements of the filter rod launcher. It mainly integrates the technical advantages of MOLINS MTU 2000, ITM Taurus C, Hauni MAGOMAT-M and other models and combines the design innovation with the application requirements.

1. The cache can realize the fast discharge of the material in the tray and shorten the tray change cycle.
